The World Luxury TV™ project aims to collect and distribute NFTs (non-fungible tokens) under the title « Famous Figures Classical Hollywood Cinema ». However, please be aware that the legal structure of World Luxury TV™ will only be formally established when 30% of the NFT collection has been « minted » (created and made available). Until this stage, the project remains in the development phase.
2. Determination of the Legal Structure:
The final legal structure of World Luxury TV™ will also depend on the prevailing tax and legal considerations at the time of official registration. Tax benefits, local regulations, and other factors will play a significant role in the selection of the most appropriate legal structure. Currently, the option of establishing an LLC (Limited Liability Company) in the state of Delaware is under consideration as a potential choice for the legal structure of World Luxury TV™.
