Product Description

The NFTs from the « Famous Figures Classical Hollywood Cinema » collection are unique digital tokens representing famous figures from classic Hollywood cinema. Each NFT is accompanied by associated digital content, such as artwork, video clips, or other media related to the depicted figure.

Price and Payment

NFT prices are listed in MATIC, and payments must be made in this currency. Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of purchase. Please note that prices may be subject to additional fees, such as blockchain transaction fees.

Intellectual Property Rights

By purchasing an NFT from the collection, the buyer acknowledges that World Luxury TV™ holds all intellectual property rights to the associated content of the NFT. The buyer only acquires the limited rights specifically granted by the NFT license, and these rights are subject to these sales terms.

Transfer and Delivery

Once payment is made and confirmed, the NFT will be transferred to the blockchain address provided by the buyer. Delivery will be considered complete once the NFT has been successfully transferred to the specified address.

Cancellations and Refunds

Purchases of NFTs from the collection are final and non-refundable, except in the case of technical failure or other exceptional circumstances. Requests for cancellation or refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by World Luxury TV™.

Limitation of Liability

World Luxury TV™ shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of NFTs from the collection, including, but not limited to, loss of value due to cryptocurrency market fluctuations.

Changes to Sales Terms

World Luxury TV™ reserves the right to modify these sales terms at any time, with immediate effect upon their publication on the World Luxury TV™ website. It is the buyer’s responsibility to regularly check these terms for any updates.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These sales terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these sales terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
